Diversity Center of Oklahoma operates the Samuel A. Martin Diversity Health & Wellness Clinic, which provides primary care, gender affirming care, and many other services focused on health concerns specific to 2S-LGBTQ+ people. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and complete wraparound care for community and family members focused on improving overall health.
The clinic is located within Diversity Center at 2242 NW 39th St., OKC, OK 73112, and is open at select times throughout the week. Click the link below for online self-scheduling, which shows the dates and times available for appointments.
Current patients can use the link below for online self-scheduling. The clinic is not accepting new patients at this time, so new patients will not be able to use the online self-scheduling tool.
Services provided by Diversity Health & Wellness include:
The clinic also maintains a network of “Family” and friendly providers who are skilled in taking care of patients from the diverse community and have practice settings that are inviting and also free of discrimination and bias when referrals are needed for resources beyond the capabilities of Diversity Health & Wellness.
Office visits are billed at a flat rate per visit, and sliding scale discounts are available if needed. Lab work is not included in this cost, and is billed separately. The clinic does not bill patients' insurance directly, but will assist patients with submitting claims for insurance reimbursement.
